Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. CandyGurl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship separately depending on product availability or warehouse fulfillment.
