Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and help resolve it.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items

Promotional or free items
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can work to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
